Hannah was only 45 years old when she passed away on June 20th 2012 after a courageous fight against pulmonary fibrosis. She was beautiful, caring and kind with a fantastic sense of humour. She had the ability to make everyone feel special and her generosity knew no bounds. She had a very happy personality and wanted to share that happiness with everybody around her. Hannah had an amazing eclectic taste in clothes, music, literature and entertainment. She leaves behind her beloved 12 year old daughter Niamh who meant the world to her. Hannah will be greatly missed by her family and everyone who knew her. This fund is a tribute to her.
